SchoolGrinder is a SaaS product for parents of school-age children. Parents upload their child’s school material, homework, worksheets, or review pages, and SchoolGrinder turns that material into focused drill sessions and follow-up practice.
Where Paddle checkout is offered, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.
Account ownership and eligibility
SchoolGrinder accounts are for parents or guardians. The parent or guardian who opens the account is responsible for account ownership, account security, and the child materials uploaded through that account.
Children may use generated drill output through the parent-managed account, but SchoolGrinder’s contract is with the parent or guardian who controls the account.
Drill session and product access summary
Includes 7 drill sessions. During pilot: 14 bonus drill sessions until June 15.
SchoolGrinder sells access in drill sessions. One successful upload creates one drill session. Failed generation does not use a drill session, and parents can open checkout again anytime.
SchoolGrinder may pause or limit access if abuse, fraud, security risk, or unpaid charge reversal affects the account.
Support responsibilities
SchoolGrinder can help with account access, billing questions, failed-generation review, and general product support through fair@schoolgrinder.com.
Parents remain responsible for reviewing generated drill output, deciding what their child should practice, and supervising real academic decisions.
Limitation of liability
SchoolGrinder is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SchoolGrinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, SchoolGrinder’s total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific drill sessions directly related to that claim.
No guarantee of academic outcome
SchoolGrinder supports follow-up practice. It does not promise higher grades, admission results, teacher approval, or any guaranteed academic outcome.
Termination
Parents may stop using SchoolGrinder at any time. SchoolGrinder may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, fraud, legal risk, or security abuse.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that already arose before the account was closed.
