SchoolGrinder is a SaaS product for parents of school-age children. Parents upload their child’s school material, homework, worksheets, or review pages, and SchoolGrinder turns that material into focused drill sessions and follow-up practice.

Where Paddle checkout is offered, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.

• Parent account data such as name, email address, login details, and account identifiers.
• Uploaded material data such as school pages, homework, worksheets, or review images that parents submit.
• Generated drill data and parent-facing recap data created from successful upload drills.
• Payment and transaction metadata from hosted checkout providers, without claiming that SchoolGrinder stores raw card details itself when hosted checkout is used.
• Analytics, device, and service-usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the product.

SchoolGrinder uses account, upload, and generated drill data to create drill output, show parent follow-up information, support the service, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

SchoolGrinder does not promise that uploaded school material is used for any purpose unrelated to operating, supporting, securing, or improving the service.

Where Paddle checkout is offered, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. SchoolGrinder may receive transaction references, status updates, and limited billing metadata needed to confirm access and support purchases.

SchoolGrinder may also use another hosted checkout provider in other purchase paths. This page does not state that Paddle is currently the active checkout provider for every payment flow.

SchoolGrinder uses essential cookies for login and session continuity. It may also use analytics and operational telemetry to understand failures, basic usage patterns, and service health.

SchoolGrinder keeps account, upload, and generated drill records while the account remains active and for as long as reasonably needed to support the service, investigate issues, satisfy legal obligations, and protect against abuse.

Backups, logs, and security records may remain for a limited period after an account or item is deleted.

Parents can request deletion help by emailing fair@schoolgrinder.com from the account email address or by including enough information to identify the relevant account.

SchoolGrinder may retain limited records needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, audit, or legal compliance even after other product data is removed.

• Uploads are intended to stay private to the family account and the systems needed to run the service.
• Parents should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information that is not needed for the learning workflow.
• SchoolGrinder is designed around parent-managed usage rather than direct child self-service accounts.
