SchoolGrinder is a SaaS product for parents of school-age children. Parents upload their child’s school material, homework, worksheets, or review pages, and SchoolGrinder turns that material into focused drill sessions and follow-up practice.
Where Paddle checkout is offered, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.
How to request a refund review
Email fair@schoolgrinder.com with the account email, purchase reference, date of purchase, and a short explanation of the issue.
SchoolGrinder reviews refund-related requests in a reasonable timeframe, but there is no guaranteed response SLA.
Paddle purchase path where applicable
If a purchase was made through a Paddle checkout flow, Paddle may control payment settlement and refund handling because Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller in that flow.
SchoolGrinder can still help review the request and point the customer to the correct support path.
Consumed successful drill sessions
If SchoolGrinder successfully delivers a drill session and one session is properly consumed, that successful session is generally treated as used and is not automatically refundable simply because the family wants a different study outcome.
Failed-generation support recovery
SchoolGrinder’s public offer is that failed generation does not use a drill session. If support finds that a failed generation incorrectly consumed one, SchoolGrinder will review the case and apply the appropriate support recovery through its internal controls.
No guarantee of academic outcome
Refund decisions are not based on guaranteed grades, exam scores, or other promised academic outcomes because SchoolGrinder does not guarantee those outcomes.
