SchoolGrinder is a SaaS product for parents of school-age children. Parents upload their child’s school material, homework, worksheets, or review pages, and SchoolGrinder turns that material into focused drill sessions and follow-up practice.

This page describes SchoolGrinder’s general data-processing terms for parent-managed use of the service. It is a public summary, not a negotiated enterprise agreement.

• SchoolGrinder generally processes uploaded school material and generated drill output on behalf of the parent account.
• SchoolGrinder may act as an independent controller for account administration, billing, security, fraud prevention, compliance, and product-improvement records.

• Parent account data and account identifiers.
• Uploaded school material and related metadata.
• Generated drill output, recap data, and support records.
• Transaction metadata from hosted checkout providers where applicable.
• Service logs, telemetry, and security records.

• Supabase for database, authentication, and storage infrastructure.
• PostHog for product analytics and telemetry where enabled.
• Paddle where Paddle checkout is offered for payment processing as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.

SchoolGrinder uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect customer data, including access controls, private upload handling, and operational logging.

Customers can request deletion help through fair@schoolgrinder.com. SchoolGrinder may retain limited copies or records required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
